What if I need to modify my order?

If your order is still in preparation, you can contact us to change your order.

Do you ship all countries?

Yes, we ship all products to all countries.

Note: For shipments to Russia must be a company and the products must be declared to be used for business purposes.

How does your delivery service work?

All the orders are shipped from Turkey via DHL Express. We are happy to work with a well-known shipping company and that our customers receive their orders in only a few days.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Don’t worry if your order has not yet been shipped for delivery. Contact us and let us know the correct address in the most urgent way.

Can I get same day delivery?

This will vary by product. Many items are shipped for same day delivery. You can contact us to check stock status in our warehouse. Some special handmade products are prepared every few days.

What are the estimated delivery times after the shipment?

United Kingdom: 2-3 days
All Europe: 2-3 days
United States: 2-4 days
Canada: 2-4 days
South America: 2-5 days
Rest of the World: 2-5 days

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping fee changes depending on your orders’ weight and the distance of your country. We calculate your shipping fee automatically and provide you the shipping cost at the checkout page.

Do you provide tracking number?

Yes, each order is shipped by DHL Express and we provide a tracking number immediately after your produts shipped

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order in 24 hours. We are not able to cancel or change your order once it is shipped. If you would like to return your order please check out our return policy.

About customs process of delivery country

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. We can not guarantee to avoid the holding your items at customs. If tax is charged, the buyer is obliged to pay it. We don’t take responsibility for any customs duties. 

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

3D SECURE PAYMENT

You can make your payments securely with a 3D security password that will be sent to your mobile phone by your bank. We use iyzico infrastructure approved by BRSA as virtual pos service.

Your information is not stored in our systems.

Why can't I pay with Paypal?

PayPal stopped working since the year 2016 in Turkey. They announced they would work again at a later date. However, you can make secure payments with iyzico, which works in the same way as Paypal until Paypal returns.

How Security is provided on our site?

All transactions on our website are encrypted with 256 Bit SSL certificate for security.

Do you accept product returns?

Should you demand an item to return you have purchased from our website, you have 5 days starting from the date of delivery to inform us about returning the product and ship it back to us. You then have a further 10 days to ensure the goods are returned to us safely. All the returning products must be unused and in the original product packaging. As for cymbals, to get a full refund, all cymbals must be clean and no finger prints on the surface. In order not to do this, you had better not hold your cymbals by its surface with bare hands.
